Christians*inTech is turning two. 🎉

By the grace of God — and through the love, support, prayer, encouragement, RSVPs, group chats, awkward networking moments, worship nights, park hangs, panel questions, and "wait, there are other Christians in tech?" conversations from this community — we are still here.

And not just here. Growing.

Two years ago, Christians*inTech started during New York Tech Week with a hope, a prayer, and a lot of guidance from the Holy Spirit. Since then, thousands of people have joined us across gatherings in New York and the San Francisco Bay Area — from worship nights at Spotify HQ, to Faith in AI panels, to community meetups, to one of the largest Christian singles events NYC has seen.

God is good.

And now, we're coming back to New York Tech Week with two of our biggest events of the year.

One event is about the future we're building. The other is about the community we're building it with. Both matter.

NY Tech Week · Panel + Networking

Christian technology is no longer a niche corner of the internet. A Christian prayer app has topped the Apple App Store. Faith-tech companies are going public. Bible apps, prayer platforms, giving tools, church software, values-aligned AI, and community platforms are becoming real companies with real users, real revenue, and real impact.

Which raises some big questions: What makes technology "Christian"? Can you build for the Kingdom and build a real business? Where are the opportunities — and the pitfalls — when faith, money, startups, and scale all sit at the same table?

Whether you work in startups, big tech, venture, product, design, engineering, media, or ministry — or you're simply curious about faith and technology — you're invited. Bring a friend. Bring your questions.

2nd Anniversary · Central Park

To close out NY Tech Week, we're going back to where so much of this began: Central Park.

Our annual anniversary picnic is simple on purpose. No panel. No pitch deck. No "what are you building?" required before you're allowed to eat pizza. Just community.

Last year, more than 200 people joined us in the park. This year we're expecting another big, joy-filled afternoon of hanging out, meeting new people, reconnecting with old friends, and celebrating two years of Christians*inTech.

This is one of the easiest events to invite people to. Bring your coworkers. Bring someone who is faith-curious. Bring someone who has been looking for Christian community in the city. The picnic is casual, open, warm, and welcoming — exactly the kind of space we hoped Christians*inTech would be.

Two years in, we're grateful.

Grateful for every person who showed up when this was still just an idea. Grateful for every volunteer, partner, sponsor, church, founder, builder, and friend who helped carry it forward. Grateful that God keeps opening doors. Grateful that faith belongs in every room — even the rooms building the future.

Come on Thursday for the big questions. Come on Sunday for the community. Come to both because, honestly, this is our Super Bowl and we would love to see you there.
