We hope you're enjoying summer, finding time to rest, and continuing to show up fully in your Christian identity—wherever God has placed you.
August is shaping up to be a meaningful month for Christians in Tech. We're crossing the river for our first singles event outside NYC, and one week later, we'll be helping a new generation create faith-centred communities of their own.
Jersey has been showing up. Now we're showing up for Jersey.
Since producing our first singles gathering, Christians in Tech has hosted more than seven events designed to help believers meet beyond their usual circles.
After Uncuffed took off last year, we began hearing from churches and ministries everywhere—from Texas to London—asking us to bring the experience to their communities.
We've been praying about what faithful growth looks like. Our events are still powered largely by volunteers, donors, and generous partners. Even Valence, the matching platform we developed for our gatherings, was made possible through donor support and partners like LionBryd.
Then a volunteer in New Jersey reached out.
One connection led to another, and she eventually rallied more than 10 churches and ministries around a shared vision: creating a thoughtful space for Christian singles across New Jersey to meet, connect, and build community.
So we said yes.

New Jersey Singles Event
RADIANCE

Radiance will be our first singles gathering outside New York City—a warm, structured evening featuring thoughtful introductions, guided conversations, open community time, and a room intentionally designed so no one has to figure everything out alone.
And honestly, Jersey has been commuting to our NYC events for long enough. It only felt right that we finally return the favour. 😌
Maybe you meet your person. Maybe you meet your people. Either way, we're praying it will be a beautiful night.
Single in New Jersey—or know someone who is? Please send them the invitation. Registration is opening early, but based on previous events, we do expect spots to move quickly.
Helping students turn faith into action
We're also grateful to announce our first partnership with Campus Harvest as part of its CHASE programme for high school and college students.
Campus Harvest equips students to see their schools as mission fields and take practical action when they return to campus.

Christians in Tech will lead an interactive workshop helping students turn their interests, gifts, and communities into simple, faith-centred gatherings.
Students Will Learn How To
✳ Develop an event or community idea
✳ Identify who they feel called to reach
✳ Create an invitation and promotional message
✳ Use social media and digital tools to gather people
✳ Leave with a practical plan they can launch on campus

This is deeply aligned with why Christians in Tech exists.
We're not interested in gatekeeping what we've learned. The goal is not for CIT to organise every gathering. The goal is to equip more believers to create faithful, welcoming spaces wherever God has already placed them.
These students are raising their hands and saying, "I want to build community. I want to share the love of Jesus. I want to create space for others."
