Photos from our Tech Week events!
Thank you for your prayers, your volunteer, and your presence at our latest events.

Hey friends,
NY Tech Week was a wild ride and for CIT a huge success. We had over 600 registrants for our Faith and AI event and over 400 for our CIT Picnic! 🤯
The energy and thoughtful discussion from the Faith and AI event reinforced something we deeply believe: the future of technology needs the Christian community actively engaged, not sitting on the sidelines.
We're just getting started, and we can't wait to continue building this movement together.
Below you’ll find recaps and photos from both tech week events!
Grace & peace,
-Andy

Grateful Shout‑Outs 🤝
Everything we do is powered by partners and volunteers who pour out their gifts to serve. I want to give shout-outs to some of our partners and volunteers who help bring CIT to life.
Discover Gloo AI Studio: Values-Aligned Tools for Developers
Our Faith & AI event was in partnership with Gloo. Thank you to the awesome Gloo team to help bring the event and discussion to life. Big shout out to Ali Llewellyn (head of Gloo Open) and Alex Cook (head of AI engineering) for helping lead the discussion.
As part of NY Tech Week, Gloo AI is giving developers early access to Gloo AI Studio—a platform built for those who want to create meaningful, ethical, and scalable AI applications. Gloo AI Studio offers developer-ready access to trusted models, Completions and Search APIs, evaluators for tone and theology, and full documentation to go from idea to deployment fast. Whether you’re working on LLM applications, faith-based tech, or human-centered platforms, this is the AI toolkit designed with integrity in mind.
Even if you can’t attend our event, you can explore Gloo AI Studio or sign up for our upcoming Hackathon, where developers will build mission-driven tools in collaboration with values-aligned organizations, creators, and open-source contributors.

EVENT RECAP

CIT Picnic
We ended NY Tech Week by gathering in Central Park to eat, play games, and just be in community with other Christians*inTech, and also celebrated our 1-year anniversary!
One year ago, a simple Christians *in Tech picnic was supposed to draw 30 to 40 friends… 200+ showed up. That surprise turnout became the spark for an ever‑growing community of believers, seekers, and builders who refuse to silo their faith from their code.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by!
