COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHT
Faithly: Supporting Church Leaders through Tech

Alicia Lee, CEO and co-founder of Faithly.
Alicia Lee is the CEO and co-founder of Faithly, a digital platform to connect and equip pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders. Often referred to as “LinkedIn for ministry,” Faithly provides practical tools—including a job board, group management, and event registration—to support connection across the faith community.
Alicia started Faithly because she felt a deep calling to build something that would support and unify Christian leaders across denominations and roles.
Prior to starting Faithly, Alicia worked at Goldman Sachs for 18 years, where she was most recently the Head of Asset Manager Sales for the firm’s Equities Sales and Trading Franchise in New York City.
Alicia serves as an Elder at Lower Manhattan Community Church, where she and her family have been active members for over a decade.
Faithly officially launches this September at the Sing! Conference in Nashville, TN. The team will debut their first mobile app, joining thousands of ministry leaders already using Faithly every day.
In the meantime, you can explore the platform and create a profile before the official launch! You can also reach out to Alicia directly.
