What we Planted,
What is Growing
When we began Christians*inTech, we had a simple goal: create space for fellow Christians in tech to meet and share in their faith. New York is a city of eight million people and yet it's still hard to find your people. And for those of us trying to follow Jesus while building careers in tech, finance, business, etc. Sunday and Monday can feel like two different worlds. So that's what we set out to do, to bridge the gap between Sunday worship and Monday work. We showed up. And so did you.

What We Planted
These numbers are amazing. 900+ guests across singles mixers, Tech Week panels, and intimate concerts. People who didn't know each other at the beginning of the year are now friends, collaborators, and in some cases, more than that. Churches that had never worked together are now co-hosting events. I genuinely believe that this is the fruit of the Spirit moving in our city.
The Real Win
But the numbers aren't the point. They're evidence of something deeper. The real win comes from people finding community through these events. It's people collaborating on faithful business. It's churches coming together to host worship and relationship. It's people taking their faith to work on Monday. Brining the Spirit with them in every room they walk into.
That's what Christians*inTech means. The asterisk isn't decoration. It means Christians everywhere.
What's Growing
2026 isn't about doing more. It's about going deeper.
Yes, more events — starting with Perfume: Dancing with the Lord on January 14th at The Bowery Electric. Worship, community, and actual dancing. Bring a friend.
But beyond the calendar:
More depth. More intimate gatherings, recurring events, spaces to move from "I've seen you before" to "I actually know you."
More partnership. The six-church collaboration wasn't a one-time thing.
More of you leading. CIT isn't a spectator sport. We need hosts, not just attendees.
None of this happens without you.
Show up — even tired, even when you don't know anyone.
Bring someone — one invite is how this actually grows.
Go deep — don't just attend. Let yourself be known.
We planted seeds this year. Some are just breaking through. Others won't bloom for years. But that's how it works. We plant, We water, but God grows.
Here's to 2026.
